We wanted to say THANK YOU for making our special day run so smoothly! We used Texas Hill Country Events for our Bartending and Cocktail Waiter services and were very pleased! Saved my sanity!
As the mother of the groom, I live near the bride and groom and the mother of the bride was 1200 miles away. To save my sanity, I hired Texas Hill Country Events to help us the day of the wedding because I knew we would need it.
We met to sign the contract and Alisha gave us many tools to plan our wedding and let us know we could turn to her when we had questions.
The date got close and the more frazzled I got, the calmer Alisha became. She was spot on when responding to our questions. And when the day arrived I knew my investment in her services were more than worth the money. She took charge and came to me when decisions needed to be made, but I did not have to be watching for pitfalls.
Let me just say, sometimes I have buyers remorse , but this was worth every dollar. It gave me the opportunity to have fun at my son’s wedding!!!

Made our day perfect
There could not have been a better and more beautiful venue for our wedding than Rancho Mirando. We cannot emphasize enough how amazing this place is! Leslie, the owner, is absolutely incredible. She continuously went above and beyond to do everything we could ever ask (and many things we never asked) to make our day perfect. She is one of the most genuine people we have ever met and could not thank her enough. The venue is gorgeous and the rentals are very high quality and fairly priced. Alisha Anderson worked as our in house coordinator and did a great job on the day of to make everything run very smooth. We did not worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Having the lodging and venue for the entire weekend takes away so much stress and allows for a very personal experience! Rancho Mirando is stunning and we absolute recommend this venue to anyone! This is the perfect venue for the wedding of your dreams!! We still have guests commenting on how unique and beautiful it is!

Alisha was amazing as our wedding planner. She is ultra friendly and down to earth. She made my day easy and fun. She is incredibly understanding and works to make your day the vision you want. She helps you think of things you may not have even begun to think about and supports your every choice. Wedding Day Miracle
I highly recommend hiring Alisha Anderson as your wedding coordinator. I cannot express how much help she was in our planning process and during the wedding day. She was so kind and patient with me as a bride. She directed us to fabulous vendors that made our wedding beautiful and unique. She was so organized, from the seating at tables to the our fireworks farewell, she had a timeline for the entire event. She was also a great problem solver during the wedding and was able to stay calm and collected when I wasn’t. Her presence took all the stress of my fiance and I and I could not be more grateful. Our guests gushed about what a wonderful time they had at our wedding and I can honestly say it could not have been the wedding of my dreams without the team at Texas Hill Country Events.

We feel so lucky to have Texas Hill Country Events and Alisha as our wedding coordinator. She was amazing, helping guide us through the complex process of planning a wedding down to the very last details. She was very easy to communicate with and took the time to understand our vision for our wedding. She met with us several times before the wedding, and had wonderful suggestions on how to make the day flow smoothly. On the day of the rehearsal she was efficient and professional making sure our family and bridal party knew their spots for the wedding ceremony. On our wedding day Alisha was an ever present guiding force making sure everything ran according to design and schedule. From planning to execution Alisha was a wonderful sounding board and her expertise allowed us to plan the wedding we had always dreamed of. Alisha was also able to provide our bartenders, and we would be remiss if we didn’t mention Will, one of our bartenders by name. Will not only took great care of our guests for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, but went above and beyond driving over 20 miles after midnight to help us get into our wedding night bed and breakfast after a certain forgetful groom lost the key at the end of the night! Alisha’s staff carried themselves with the same professionalism and aim for perfection as she does, and we feel very lucky to have had Texas Hill Country Events help make the wedding day of our dreams!
Alisha came to my rescue!
I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner because I thought I was “super bride” and could do it all. As time went on, I realized I could NOT do it all and handed over my super bride cape to Texas Hill Country Events. Alisha came to my rescue and my only regret was not hiring her sooner. There were so many details I had not thought about or wouldn’t have been possible without their services. Our wedding was perfect and for me it was the little things that made Alisha stand out from the rest.
– My husband is one of eight and his whole family (+ their families/children) flew in from Michigan to be a part of the wedding. Prior to Alisha’s arrival the rehearsal was a circus, we all had not seen each other in so long! Alisha kindly, professionally, and quickly brought order to the rehearsal and executed our plan which left more time for everyone to visit. No one wants to rehearse for 2 hours.
– The following day our wedding took place and it started with my dress not lacing up correctly. After many attempts by my bridesmaids Alisha stepped in and as we jokingly said “got up close and personal.” She laced me up and tucked me in. What wedding planner does that?? This one and I was grateful I had someone on the team who knew what they were doing!
– When the linens arrived for set up I discovered they were the wrong color. More proof I could not do it all. I had done the leg work on vendors and failed to follow up with that vendor. It was no one’s fault other than mine. Alisha came to the rescue again making a quick call to one of her vendors. She drove out of her way, picked up the correct linens and viola.. the correct color was in place in no time.
The ceremony was a breeze and the reception was stress free. So much money and work went into the selections for food and catering, it was nice to be able to enjoy them. I was surprised I was actually able to sit down next to my husband and eat our catered food, share cake, always have a full glass, and dance the night away. I never felt rushed and I knew everything (including guests) would be taken care of by Alisha and her team. When people said to me “enjoy the moment on your wedding day” I kept thinking how could I not? Trust me, if you don’t have Alisha you won’t be able to enjoy the moment. If Alisha had not come to the rescue this “super bride” would have been flying all over the venue to visit with guests and forgetting to enjoy and share the moment with my husband. Alisha kept to the schedule and allowed time for those moments to be shared.
Needless to say, Alisha is my hero :). Ladies, hand over your superbride cape and as many people said to me “enjoy the moment.”

My wedding went exactly as I hoped
I live 5 hours away from the Hill Country where we had our wedding. I went to the area one time to pick the venue before the actual wedding. ONE TIME. The way that I was able to plan a wedding from five hours away is 100% due to Alisha and Texas Hill Country Events. In fact, I didn’t even meet her until two days before the Rehearsal Dinner although I had planned with her over phone and email for months. She knew EVERYTHING and EVERYONE from the area. I could have googled vendors for hours but all I had to do was ask Alisha and she knew the best, not to mention, most affordable way to get everything done for the wedding. She thinks of things I would have had no idea I needed to even think about. There is no way for you to forget about something for the day of because she is an absolute professional. Every time I would call to check with a vendor they would mention to me before I got off the phone how lucky I was to have her and her staff; that my wedding would be beautiful and perfect because she is the best…it definitely was. My wedding went exactly as I hoped and it’s because I hired Texas Hill Country Events; best thing I spent my money on throughout the entire process. My favorite thing about Alisha wasn’t her professionalism or how perfect everything turned out, it was her fun and caring personality. I will never forget her and how special she was to my husband and I the entire weekend; we LOVED her!
Tears of joy!
If tears of joy, a permanent smile, and the feeling like my heart will burst could be translated into ords of gratitude, I would be typing them right now. What more can I say? Alisha’s work speaks for itself. She is incredibly talented with a keen eye for detail, romance and simple beauty, and yet she is outgoing, fun, eloquent and an absolute blast to be around. As a team, their knowledge of the wedding industry, their relationship with wedding vendors, and their drive for perfection is what sets these two ladies apart. You will not find more dedicated and involved wedding coordinators. Simply put, if you want the best, hire the best.
From designing our rehearsal dinner tables to orchestrating the most perfect beautiful wedding day, Alisha went above and beyond my expectations. She kept me a smile on my face and confidence in my heart knowing that she was in charge. It was a calm and perfect day.

Alisha Anderson was our wedding coordinator at Red Corral Ranch and wow, the money that we paid her to coordinate our wedding….tripled with how much we saved from her connections! Super sweet and ladies, literally Nothing went wrong on my wedding day! Wow. My mom was able to be in the bridal suite with me, instead of outside setting up. Alisha was a lifesaver.

Alisha is AMAZING! She was the wedding coordinator for my daughter Ashley’s wedding on June 2nd at Camp Lucy. None of us live in the Austin area so having Alisha was a must! She has amazing ideas and knows all of the vendors in the Hill Country. I have another daughter and I will be calling Alisha when we get ready to plan that wedding too!
