Alisha Randig ~ Owner, Lead Coordinator and Event Design
Texas Hill Country Events has been a long time dream for Alisha. After being the maid of honor in her sisters’ wedding Alisha realized the need for a coordinator. At the end of the night her family was exhausted and her parents had missed so much. After that night she never wanted to see a family member miss the first dance or not get to taste the cake. In no time at all Alisha dove into the wedding industry learning from the very best and has made it her goal that every one of her clients and their families enjoy the wedding weekend!
Alisha is now one of the most sought after wedding coordinators in the hill country. Her keen attention to detail, passion for perfection and love of weddings can be seen in every event she creates. Her innovative style has been showcased in local print and wedding media throughout the area.

Karen Syzdek ~ Director of Events and Business Development
Karen Syzdek joined Texas Hill Country Events in May 2014 with more than twenty years of event planning experience. She began her event planning career in Houston where she worked for hotels and a country club coordinating weddings and various social events. She then moved into the corporate meeting industry overseeing the planning and coordination of telecommunications conferences and tradeshows. In 2001, Karen founded an event planning and association management company serving professional healthcare societies which she still manages today. In addition to her professional experience, Karen has developed, coordinated, and executed numerous nonprofit fundraisers and activities.
Chelsey Gold ~ Lead Coordinator
Chelsey has been in the event planning industry for 8 years and joined the THCE team in 2016. Originally from California, she has quickly fallen in love with all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer. Chelsey began planning events in the non-profit realm back in 2009 and quickly realized her passion for executing grand events. From large corporate auctions, to intimate and romantic private events, she’s done it all! Chelsey takes pride in each event and really gets to know her client on a personal level. She believes that each client is a lifelong friend—after all, she’s there to make your biggest celebration the best day ever!
Bethany Anderson ~ Floral and Event Designer
Bethany brings calmness and serenity to every event. She is a joy to work with and her creativity is unmatched in the industry. She has been a florist for the past six years working with elite design teams, creating whimsical weddings. Brides love that they can present an assortment of pictures and Bethany can find their vision. Bethany oversees Texas Hill Country Floral and also enjoys coordinating and design. She has been featured in local wedding media.
Bethany began assisting Alisha with coordinating seven years ago, they’re a dynamic duo. Bethany has since branched off and coordinated independently, and absolutely loves it! She’s just “our Jack of all trades”!
A mother of two Bethany has learned to juggle a little of everything with a smile and recipe for success.
